Where is the definition of OID of toolcheck.nasl?

Hi all,
Some nasl scripts defined OID by function "script_oid".
The OID of the "toolcheck.nasl" is "1.3.6.1.4.1.25623.1.0.810000" but I can't find the definition, where is it?
